Catfish

We just watched Catfish on More4...for those who haven't heard or seen this documentary, it is about a photographer Nev Schulman who lives with his brother Ariel and friend Henry Joost in New York. FRom the outset we learn of his relationship with Abby Pierce, an eight-year-old child prodigy artist in rural, Michigan, who sends him a painting of one of his photographs. They become Facebook friends as do the rest of Abby's family, including her mother, Angela (Wesselman); Angela's husband Vince; and Abby's attractive older half-sister Megan, a veterinarian, dancer and songwriter who lives in Gladstone, Michigan.

The story turns stranger and more questionable as the film unfolds, by the end the impression the film leaves is that of disbelief, shock and incredibly sad. Not to give anymore away heres a short clip...
